^Relocation and to change the Address of your Premises, you must complete and return ("Change of Service Address/Service Plan Request Form") to HKT within 15 days of such relocation, this form can be obtained from any HKT shops.

*Relocation to an address with the same or smaller saleable area, we shall continue to provide the service to you in accordance with the terms of the existing contract. However, if you relocate to an address with a bigger saleable area, you may either (i) terminate the existing contract and enter into a new contract with a new commitment period for HKT Smart Assistance Service, in which no early termination fee will be charged; or (ii) terminate the existing contract, in which you will be liable to pay the relevant early termination fee.

HKT Smart Assistance Service is only available to customers residing at designated area in Hong Kong. Customers must be a valid member of HKT Online Shop at www.hktshop.com. The service is subject to relevant terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
